About The Project
Will there be sound when there is no sound? Does sound still exist when there is no one to listen?
What if we take away the physical aspects of sound? What if sound is a creation of our imagination? Can we hear sound when there is no sound?
We want to explore how sound comes into existence in our mind.
We are presenting here a series of moving images about sound but without sound. They are not silent videos. They can be more appropriately described as video version of graphical score. They describe sound, express sound, and invoke sound. They ask you to listen to them, as they exist in your imagination. They ask you to experience sound without your auditory senses. They ask you to look at sound like synesthesia.
